Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

We accept returns only if:

a.The item received is damaged, defective, or broken.

b.The item received is different from what you ordered.


Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like "change of mind" or "not liked after wearing," as jewellery is delicate and hygienic in nature.

2. Return Request Process

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing or messaging our support team with clear photos of the product.

Our team will review and approve/disapprove the return request.


3. Return Conditions

Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Tags, boxes, and freebies (if any) must be returned along with the product.

Products bought under clearance sale/discount offers are not eligible for return or refund.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment.

For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer/UPI after you share details.


5. Replacement

If stock is available, we can replace your product instead of refunding.
